Clean room, good fridge, pleasant receptionists, convenient supermarket

Nothing, no complaints at all.

The room was clean and comfortable, the size of the room was big. The price was very good. The location is good so many shops near the hotel like grocery, exchange, restaurants and small shopping malls.

There is no reception, it's only a small desk in the mall. They don't have baby cot.

The size and design of the rooms was good. The beds were comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was also good.

The service is too bad. We arrived 1 hour later than the start time of the booked day and they let us wait for another 1 hour and a half to get into the room. We also carried out our luggage by ourselves, no body was there to help. Also no body showed any type of greetings when we arrived. The reception staff was talking to us carelessly. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom. That's all.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, being on top of a supermarket is so convenient. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, they were always friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were great, from the ironing facilities to the mini-bar and sitting area. The towels and free toiletries provided were of high quality. I also appreciated the presence of a washing machine and an am/fm alarm clock in the room. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch and there were both carpeted and parquet floors in the room. I was impressed with the dining area and the attentive staff, making my stay here truly enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Ther is no lope in this hotel and they should keep parking spesil for leving pepoil not for gust

I am asking one of staff regarding wi-fi password he gave me tow password and he ask me to try, I am try tow password but not working there is no control for air conditioning when we inter the room there is one bottled of water half drink

Loved the comfortable beds and the delicious food at the coffee shop. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a supermarket.

Breakfast could have been better with more variety and fresher food options. there was no gym on site which was a downside for us.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness, location on top of a supermarket, the friendly staff, and the convenient transportation. Our room was spotless, and the hotel facilities were well-kept. Plus, having a supermarket underneath the hotel was a real convenience. We appreciated the friendly receptionists and found the transportation options easy to use, which made exploring this city a breeze.

During my stay there every thing was excellent and all the staff are very friendly and the room is very good and furnished very well and also the T.v is big enough and the space of the room is big and the bathroom is very good and also they have very nice parking arae for free This hotel become now my favorite destination and I will recommend this hotel for every one Thanks for hotel

The hotel is conveniently located on top of a supermarket, making it easy to grab essentials. Rooms are clean and equipped with a fridge. Receptionists are polite.

The breakfast options are limited, not catering to all tastes.

Nothing was good about the hotel. Have stayed in far better hotels in kuwait for the price. Did not even have a breakfast room. Breakfast was served in the room with one croissant, one egg, some bread, one juice & tea which costed 5 KD. This is absolutely ridiculous. Have been making by booking through your website regularly & this has been my worst experience. You should not even have them in your website.

It's low price

The switch for air condition was shared between my room and another room. Unfortunaltly, the switch was in the other room and at the night they turned off the ac. I couldn't sleep becasue of that.
